Light and Airy Fall Wedding at Evergreen Country Club
This beautiful classic red white and blue wedding at Evergreen Country Club. This amazing wedding day is filled with stunning memorable details. The bride wore a stunning floral beaded gown and a simple beaded headpiece. Inspired by the rich hues and dynamic colors of fall, Polina planned a beautiful day that focused on their love for family, their friends, and most importantly each other.
The couple’s story:
Matt and Polina met through mutual friends in their hometown in Northern Virginia, which ended up being a long-distance relationship for a bit while Polina was going to school in Richmond, VA. They powered through long-distance and moved into their first apartment together after three years of dating. Shortly after, Matt proposed to Polina during their trip to San Diego, California with the help of their friends.
The couples favorite wedding day memory:
Hard to pick one! Seeing everything they worked on in action, their first dance, and getting to relax after the wedding.
The biggest frustration in planning their wedding day?
The guest list, which of course leads to the seating chart.
How did they decide on their wedding venue? Why was this the perfect reception spot?
They wanted a mountain range view during their fall wedding and they stumbled across the Evergreen Country Club, which had a perfect view of the mountains up close! The venue was also a one-stop-shop, where they could spend the night, get ready in the morning, the catering, alcohol, setup, staff, etc. were all included. Plus the after-party was in the same location – made everything a breeze!
All about that gorgeous dress!
She wore a Calla Blanche Matilda ballgown dress with light nude illusion and a sheer top with large lace flowers. The top had beaded straps that trace down along the low V back with a beautiful long train that continued with the large lace flowers. The bride didn’t want a typical ball gown look and she fell in love with this unique dress at first sight.
Photographers favorite moments from this couple’s wedding? What stood out the most?
My favorite moment of this day was their first look! I love first looks because they give such a perfect quiet moment to the couple to really take on their wedding day!! Matt & Polina’s first look was such a sweet moment, complete with some tears, and not just from the bride and groom!
