Megan & Bryan’s lakeside Minnesota wedding is a perfect fit for A Northwoods Wedding with a venue that is particularly special: it was held at Arranmore, the family name for a gorgeous house Megan’s grandfather built when he emigrated from Ireland in the early part of the 20th century. Arranmore sits on top of a high shoreline overlooking Northern Minnesota’s famous Gull Lake. Natalie Champa Jennings Photography captured each and every aspect of this wedding perfectly. The wedding ceremony took place beneath a pine tree above the lake shore, while the first look was a glamourous ride for Megan in the old lift leading from the house to the docks. Megan’s sense of style and color blew was impeccable. Using a combination of inherited items from her family and beautiful DIY ideas like Minnesota-shaped cookies and tree stump centerpieces marked with a different bird to her amazing hand-made cake topper.This wedding was definitely the ideal Minnesota summer wedding.
