Intimate Fall Garden Wedding with Bubbles
I simply adore this gold, navy, and red wedding at Seibels House & Gardens in South Carolina! This beautiful garden wedding had classic touches to last a lifetime. Along with unique touches such as a cat guest book and a cathedral cape veil.
What was their favorite memory for their day?
Our favorite memory was spending time with our friends and family during the reception. We also enjoyed the first look and being able to feel that excitement before the ceremony together.
What was their biggest frustration planning their wedding day?
The most frustrating happened at the beginning of planning when we were contacting multiple vendors to find out their availability and pricing. Once we booked the first few vendors, we were able to enjoy the process more.
How did the couple decide on their wedding venue?
We decided on the Seibels House as the wedding venue because it has a beautiful outdoor garden, and we knew the weather would be perfect for an outdoor ceremony. It is also close to the reception venue, The Pastor’s Study, that we had already fallen in love with because of the character that space has with the restored walls and lighting fixtures. We love that we had historical buildings for the ceremony and reception.
All about bout the bride and her gorgeous dress!
My dress was a lace fit and flare with a v neckline. The bold lace pattern, scalloped hem, and crystal neckline all made the dress feel special to her!
The photographer’s favorite moment?
My favorite moment from this day was the couple’s First Look. Alex was totally unaware of the ‘cape’ that Ashley was wearing, and I loved his sweet reaction to her!
