pure country…elegance.

Adele and Andrew’s romantic country love story was made complete at their ever-so-incredible rustic wedding held at the enchanted barn last fall. De La Vue was there to show us the beauty of that day and the incredible adoration these two have not only for each other but for their families. we’re loving on all the details, especially Adele’s floral headpiece. with a dash of sparkle and a whole lotta warmth, Adele and Andrew’s style was perfect for this incredible venue. incorporating Adele’s love for horses into their day, along with the rest of the gang at the farm, the atmosphere couldn’t have been a better fit and it provided a fun photo scene to tell their wedding story. De La Vue did an outstanding job leaving us to believe that we might be a little bit country after all…

a little love from Adele::

“Andrew proposed to me by the campfire in his parent’s backyard under a clear, starry night sky. We both love the country and being outdoors, especially if its around the campfire so he decided it was the perfect place and time (summer). We had a really special moment to ourselves and celebrated in our loving news together before we headed inside to share the news with his parents, who were waiting with champagne to toast 🙂

The inspiration for our wedding was heirlooms, country chic and things that make us smile. We chose the barn because like I said, we love the country and simply couldn’t picture ourselves getting married in a fancy ballroom. I love horses and when we found out that the barn had purchased 2 extra horses to add to their already 2 resident horses, I was thrilled. They are just such a majestic animal and so beautiful. Not many of my family members were able to attend because they are all in Australia, so I had my grandparents’ jewelry and pictures up to remind me of them. We put apple cider, cinnamon and a kazoo in everyone’s goody bags. The guests had to hum a tune on their kazoo with their entire table to get the couple to kiss- this was our twist on the traditional wedding kissing game.

We also had a campfire running at sundown that we roasted marshmallows around and enjoyed each others company.”
